Missed Direct Debit
If you have a missed direct debit payment, the insurer will write directly to you and represent it prior to the next month’s debit falling due. The insurer will not automatically return to your bank more than once and if your direct debit is missed twice you may come off cover. On receipt of a missed direct debit letter from an insurer, you should contact them directly.

Change of Address
If you have moved address, simply email details to [email protected] with a note of policy number. If you can’t locate your policy number email your full name and the name of your insurer.

Change of Bank Account
If you have changed your bank account, simply email a request for a new debit mandate to [email protected] with a note of the policy number. If you can’t locate your policy number email your full name and the name of your insurer.

How to Make a Claim
Should you need to make a mortgage protection, life insurance, serious illness, income protection, or key-person insurance claim, you may contact us, or the life insurer directly. Simply quote your policy number and the claims team will take it from there.

How to Check Your Fund Value
We facilitate all such clients with a unique PIN number for instant on-line access available 24/7 all year round, in addition to automatic 6 monthly statement updates. If you have lost your PIN, simply email [email protected] to request a value statement and a replacement PIN number will be issued by post.
